Job Description: Requested revision to pier numbers as recommended by NME for the underpinning (UP), Helical-piering located in Camarillo, CA. WCHP will install the piers/piles on 10-piers Southeast, 5 piers South garage & 2-piers interior garage laundry room load bearing wall. Additional piers = 5. New Total = 17 Piers.

WCHP works easily in tight situations.

Repair: WCHP Install using 17 helical piers at indicated locations. Using UP: (17), HPCL-15805-X 1-1/2 in. Shafts w/80-ksi, 8-in single helix. Saw cut concrete, jackhammer out and removal & replacement for pier access. Chip concrete footing in preparation to receive underpinning brackets. Transfer of weight from existing column to installed pier. Stabbalize foundation. Backfill to rough grade.
